Do you have an object that you would like to give to the Museum of Ingenuity J. Armand Bombardier so that it will be preserved and showcased? The Museum is always looking for artifacts, both old and more modern, that are examples of ingenuity, to enrich its collections. For your information, here are the main selection criteria used by the Museum: 

Acquisitions must

  • Be related to transportation (recreational, industrial, aerospace, land, and rail vehicles).
  • Demonstrate ingenuity or innovation.
  • Have been designed or used between the 1920s and present.


  • Have been owned by Joseph-Armand Bombardier, his family, or a Bombardier or BRP employee.
  • Have been manufactured or marketed by Bombardier or BRP.
  • Be rare, unique, or representative of a technology, process, or trend.
