Jamie Miller

“Nature holds all secrets.”

Jamie Miller is the President and Founder of Biomimicry Frontiers, a consultancy in biomimicry, environmental design and engineering inspired by living things and the environment. He holds a PhD in Engineering and is particularly interested in urban resilience, that is, making cities better able to adapt to climate-related events in order to limit the effects of natural disasters. Jamie feels we must use Nature as an inspiration to transform the technologies surrounding us, in terms of transportation, housing and landscaping.
